    We can Carry out most gutters but for more complex buildings we will often ask to attend and take a look at access and size. This enables us to give you a comprehensive quote with no hidden costs. Please get in touch so that we can discuss your requirements.
  • Do you take all of the waste away?
    When carrying out drainage works if waste is going to be produced then this will likely involve a tanker. The tanker will remove all waste from site, and this will be charged for accordingly. This will be set out in the quote. If we are carrying out a gutter clean and you have a compost pile or garden waste bin, we can dispose of this here to save you a waste removal cost.
  • Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
    We accept Cash on Completion or Bank transfer on Completion. On Large scale Jobs we may request a mobilization fee which will be taken off the final bill on completion.
  • Do You Charge By the Hour?

For most cases, we are able to provide a fixed price so that you know the exact cost upfront. However, there are certain situations where a call-out charge is applicable. The call-out charge covers the first hour of service and includes an initial assessment of the issue. During this time, our team will evaluate the requirements and discuss any additional costs or necessary steps with you before proceeding. This ensures that you are fully informed and there are no surprises when it comes to the final cost. We believe in open communication and strive to provide clear pricing details to our valued customers. Rest assured, we will work closely with you to determine the most appropriate and cost-effective solution for your specific drainage needs.
  • Do You need to use our electric and water to do the cleaning?
    In order to provide our drainage services effectively, we kindly request an on-site electric supply. If an electric supply is not available, we offer the option of providing a generator at an additional cost. Prior to starting the job, we can discuss the arrangement of the generator to ensure smooth operations. For drainage cleaning or blockage clearance, we require a supply of water from an external tap. we are unable to carry water onboard our small vans, unless we are utilizing a combination unit. To ensure a successful service, it is essential to have access to a water source. However, we understand that each situation may be unique, and we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements prior to booking.
